Refunds

Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are final.

Refunds may only be granted if:

  • A duplicate payment occurred
  • The file is corrupted and cannot be replaced

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase to hello@drinescope.com.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once an eBook has been downloaded or access has been provided.

Product Delivery Issues

If you fail to receive your digital product due to email issues or technical errors, contact us and we will resend your file at no extra cost.
